We want you to love your Google Nest and home automation products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned hardware must be in its original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Sign in to your Google Store account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Return' next to the item you wish to send back to generate a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your device in its original box with all cables, manuals, and power adapters, then place it inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
